The Creatives Ledger
Receipts in, two ways
The simple way: forward a receipt or invoice to your own Ledger address and it files itself. The hands-off way: connect your inboxes once and the Ledger gathers what's already sitting in them — so you needn't forward a single one. Either way, we read; we never send, change, or delete anything.
Your forwarding address
The no-setup way in: forward any receipt or invoice to this address and it lands in Review receipts — we read the merchant, amount, and date, you give it a quick yes. It's yours alone; nobody else can use it.
Save it as a contact in your email. Add this address to your contacts under a name you'll recognise — something like My Ledger — and forwarding a receipt the moment it lands becomes a two-tap habit: tap forward, type the first letter, send. No hunting for the address each time.
This is a demo address — forwarding isn't switched on yet. Because a forwarded email carries a real receipt, it waits on the same security review and a built-out inbound-email connection as everything else here. Your real address will be unique to you.
Your inboxes
Connect every address your receipts and invoices land in — a work Gmail, a personal account, an old Outlook. The Ledger reads them all and files everything in one place. Each one is connected and disconnected on its own.

One tap each, then approve read-only access on Google's or Microsoft's own sign-in screen. Add as many as you need — nothing to copy, no keys to find.
Catch up the year so far
since January 1, 2026The moment you connect, we look back to the start of your tax year and pull every receipt and invoice up to today. Sign up in June and the first five months land for you — already sorted, waiting in Review receipts for a quick yes-or-no before anything reaches your books.
Keep watching, once a week
After the catch-up, we can check in once a week and bring over anything new. Entirely optional, off unless you turn it on, and you can switch it off any time.
What we do — and don't — keep
- Read-only. We can’t send, reply, change, or delete a message — the access we ask for doesn’t allow it.
- We read each email once, lift the receipt or invoice, and let it go. We never store your mailbox or keep a copy of your messages.
- Only the receipt or invoice itself is saved — and only after you confirm it in Review. Your inbox is a source of suggestions, not your books.
- Disconnect any time, here or from Google/Microsoft. The connection drops on the spot.
Reaching into your inbox is the most trusting thing this app could ask, so we're building it last and carefully. It stays switched off until an independent security review signs off and Google and Microsoft have verified the read-only connection — country-aware (CRA), built to a higher privacy bar than the law requires.
